Thank you for shopping with Airforcebest. We're committed to getting your sauna to you quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Please review the information below regarding how and when you can expect your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves our facility, we'll email you a tracking link. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become active. If you haven't received tracking details within 7 business days of ordering, contact us at Airforcebest@gmail.com

Free Shipping

Your Airforcebest ships in a compact, foldable package via standard courier — no freight appointment or special handling required. Please ensure the shipping address you provide is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the [United States], import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Saunai has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us at Airforcebest@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then reach out to us and we'll do everything we can to help resolve the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Email us at Airforcebest@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes before your order has shipped. Once an order is in transit, we're unable to modify it.
